Royale Properties brings a multitude of disciplines to the residential real estate brokerage marketplace. The founder, Daphne Royse, has a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism. She was born in Taiwan, has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1983 and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. Daphne was a broker associate with Alain Pinel Realtors for 10 years and previously worked in the real estate related fields of appraisal and design. As a residential appraiser, she appraised over 2,600 homes on the San Francisco Peninsula. Daphne has also been an architectural designer for residential and commercial properties. She has degrees in Architecture, BFA Interior Design and minor in Science. Because of her long-standing involvement in residential real estate with sophisticated and technologically advanced marketing, Daphne has a great knowledge of local market values and trends. Her clients have the advantage of her technical background, which she utilizes in evaluating residential opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
